This Privacy Policy explains how TSWM LLC ("TSWM", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and our software (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, organization and role.
- Content you add, such as information about talent, campaigns, contacts, companies, agreements, documents, deliverables, events, orders and payments.
- Connected account data. If you choose to connect a third-party account (for example Google, Microsoft, Instagram or TikTok), we access only the data needed for the features you turn on, such as email messages, calendar events, or public posts and basic profile information.
- Technical information, such as device and browser type, log data and how the Services are used, to keep them secure and working.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services you use.
- To organize your work, such as filing documents, tracking deadlines and creating reminders.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent misuse.
- To communicate with you about your account and the Services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or connected account data for advertising.
Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide user-facing features you have chosen to enable. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. We do not use it for advertising, and humans do not read it unless you give permission, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
How information is shared
- Within your organization, according to the permissions your organization sets.
- With service providers who host and operate the Services for us (for example cloud hosting and storage), under obligations to protect it.
- When you direct us to, for example when you send an email or share a link from the Services.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can ask us to delete your account and its data, and you can disconnect a connected account at any time, which stops further access.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email before they take effect.
